Just got the RFE today on 3/15/05 which was supposedly mailed on 3/2/05. Anyway my question re it is. They have asked for my nonimmigrant status in the US from 4/1997 to 1/2001. I was a canadian student at the time enrolled in school from 96- 6/00 on an F1 visa but without an I 20 . After that I worked without INS authorization from 7/00-1/01.
