Hello,
Could some one assist me with the RFE to "Proof the Legal Status for certain period". What are the documents that I need to submit for this RFE?
You assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Any INS / Imgg doc/ approval /visa/extention that allowed person to stay here from time of ur arrival/change status.

Carefully calculate all ur approvals/visa granted dates that prove u never had out-of-status.

I was never out of Status from the day I entered this country. I just want to know what are the documents that I need to submit for my RFE for "Proof of Legal Status for certain period" in the past.
LUD and message changed for both myself and my spouse applications saying that they have mailed us the RFE on 12/7/04. But spouse has not yet received the RFE by mail. I am the primary applicant and I received the RFE by mail on 12/11/04.
Not sure why the spouse has not yet received the mail. Did this happen to anyone?

the following should work

1) All stamped pages of your passport
2) A copy of all I-94's that you have had in the past
3) All I-797 approval notices


But if your RFE states the "certain period" . Just pick the documents that reflect that period.
