Gurus I have a question on RFE.
My 485 is waiting for the PD to be current. I am not sure if USCIS will issue RFE when they decide the case or will it be before? My lawyer that for cases applied before Dec 31, they are proccessing the 485 cases. Does this mean that if there is a chance for RFE , one should get it now instead of when the PD becomes current?
