11/10/04: LUD changed and got e-mails about RFE being issued to both mine and wife's 485 cases. E-mail message said "On November 9, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence ..."
11/15/04: Wife's 485 details recieved in the mail. Asking for more evidence for marriage certificate.
Was waiting for my RFE details but no luck as of 11/19/04 morning.
11/19/04: LUD changed and as well the status. Now the message says "On November 18, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence "
Does this mean they issued a 2nd RFE while I am still waiting for 1st RFE details (or).
1st time it was mistakenly triggered while they were issuing a RFE for my wife's case.
Does the RFE show whether its a 1st or 2nd RFE?
I am really confused with this whole saga thats being continued forever..
Guru's plz post your experiences.. Spoke to lawyer, all they say is wait for the RFE details.
