485 rfe, request suggestions

Hi ,

I have recieved RFE for my I485 application.the exact wordings of my rfe is
"1) An orginal letter of employment(stating prospect for continued employment and salary)------------- I guess this is EVL.
2) A form I 134 completed by your financial sponsor for which your sponsor must comply with instructions of the form.----------- This must be completed by the employer? I am not sure as to who should complete this form .
3) other evidence(bank letters)---------- I would like to know what should the minimum balance be ?
