485 -RFE,planning for Ac21..Please advise

I just received a RFE on my 485 today.
I decided to do a AC21 and informed my employer couple of days back.

Can I join the new com pany and respond to the RFE along with the AC21 letter ?This will also mean that I respond with a new lawer (do I need to anything else for this ?).....

Please advise what are my options ?Even if I stick to my employer I amnot sure how he is going to handle the situatuation...

Please help me.....

May I know what is the RFE and the present companny name.If RFE is related to the companny details like financial ability then I strongly recommend to change the companny..
 
I dont know what the RFE is about yet (It was sent only yesterday) .Will update once I know .

Anybody knows if I reply to the RFE ,Do I have to wait until 1st Oct for the approval ?

I am also in the same boat as you.RFE was issued on my wife's 485. Will CIS work on the case and approve once they receive the reply to RFE?
 
No Chance!

Since an rfe was issued, no chance to assign Visa numbers to these cases before July 1st, so no chance for approval untill Oct 1st. Lets hope Visa numbers available from Oct'1st.
