485 RFE on my case

Hi All Gurus.
I got an RFE on my case for
Employment verification
Your personal income tax forms for the last three years
Last three years W-2 forms
Your last three pay stubs.
They also want proof that your current employer can afford to pay your salary
What type of company do you work for now?

My 2002 w-2 income is very low as I had no job then. Did anyone get a similar RFE? Pls help me?

I am in Similiar situtation. My i 485 is pending more than 1 year.
I have not heard anything form INS.
& have got Low tax return on 2003.

Please send all w2 as said in INS. Also ask your attorney what u can do best. It seems they have asked abt your company whether they have ability the wages.

please share your case with us. Did you get an approval? How did you manage to cover up the gap in W2?
