My I-485 was filed at NSC on Jan 20, 2007. Security check done. Case assigned to officer on Dec 20, 2007. Email issued for RFE. My PD Aug 2000. I am in EB2.
We understood the Attorney's address was wrongly mentioned in USCIS database and hence the physical mail was not received at Attorney's Office. Attorney has sent G-28 form about 2 weeks back.
I wanted to get confirmation from IO whether the address is changed.
No matter how many times I call 1-800#, it says "There is NO IO available at this time " and gets trasnferred to National customer #. The person at Natinal Center do not give any response and says to wait for 30 days.
Non availability of IO is happening to any one now? Is it that call has any intelligence that case has been issued RFE and need not be routed to IO??
I am very nervous as already 30 days are past and do not know how to get RFE mail..
Can any one suggest alternative solutions for getting RFE mail?? Is Infopass can help in my case??
