My PD is Aug 2000. EB2 Filed at NSC on Jan 2007. Name check cleared in NOv 2007. Raised service request, and sent mails to Senators. At last case was assigned to Officer. And a RFE issued...
My Attorney did not receive RFE even after 15 days are past. Then I figured out that the address mentioned on I-485 NOA is wrongly mentioned by USCIS and this was the problem of not receiving the RFE by my Attorney.
My attorney says that ONLY way of changing address is sending G-28 again and it will take very long time. I am not sure whether G028 would go into my file properly?
Can some one suggest me any methods by which I can get my RFE copy?
Candiates can change address by ONLINE & also calling. Does this procedure applies to change of Attorney's address on the file?
My attorney says USCIS will give more time for RFE, as they have made a mistake in keeping address wrongly? Will it be true?
Some how I am not getting confidence in my attorney's approach in changing the address. Is there any FAST & FULL PROOF process for changing address and getting RFE?
Can I get RFE to my address? How should be done, in case USCIS can send it to my address?
