My wife changed her name here in the US from maiden to married. Actually she shortened her first name and used my first name as her last name. The name change was in accordance to the requirements from Indian Embassy SFO which is the Name change affidavit, newspaper ads (one here in US local and another in India). We published in Deccan Herald (Bangalore) and in Indian Express USA NA edition.
My wife got a RFE and the request for evidence says - Please submit evidence that establishes the nature of the Deccan Herald and the Indian express to include teit distribution/Circulation
Any idea as to where can i find the above details?
