485 RFE Employment Letter

I have recvd an RFE requesting the following

1) Submit an original letter on company letterhead from your prospective employer who filed form I 140/I 360 on your behalf stating their continued interest in hiring you, duties performed and remuneration.

I have moved from company A to B. My Company A is willing to give me the letter.

Does anybody had a RFE like this? If so what is format of letter to follow.

Help please.

what the hell

I moved from a company to another and now to a third company(A to B to C). The company which filed my 140 went under. I have used AC 21 to change employers and have notified the INS accordingly. INS issued a RFE for me on 12/23. I do not have details yet. I dont knwo what I will do in such a case.

does they ask about hire date in requeted employement letter.pl let us know.in my case they asked me about date of hire also.
