USCIS is asking for
"Submit a copy(ies) of the Form 1-797 or 1-171 C approval notice(s) relating to any extensions of stay or change of nonimmigrant status that have been issued to you."
It is very common now a days for USCIS to request for suck kind of documents to determine legal status of an applicant. So dont worry and send them what they have asked for.
