485 RFE and AC21

I have got a 485 RFE asking to show Inforrmation that I am in status, EAD/H1B along with I94 Copies,meanwhile after my 140 approval, I have chnaged employers twice and did not file AC21.

Since the RFE does not mention anything about employment OR EVL, I don't wan't to file AC21 , even with this RFE.


Is anybody in the same boat?Any ussgestions?
 
The way retrogression is going, it may take another 2years for my PD to come up which Iis SEPT 2002, who knows which employer I will be with then, hence prefer not to confuse these folks by filing multiple AC21's.
 
Just curious. Is there any requirement from USCIS that if one is availing the benefit of AC21 then that person should inform USCIS ?
