485 RFE and AC21...

Hi,
I received RFE on my 485 and it is asking for EVL fro who applied my 140 and details of job, remuneration. Also my last years Federal Tax return with all schedules and all W2's and 1099's, last 2 months of earnings statements.

My history:

Labor Sub.
140 AD 6/3003
485 ND 1/2003
FP1 and FP2 done in 3/2003 and 10/2004 respectively.
Sent Ac21 docs in Sep 2004.

Now i received this RFE even though i sent all required except W2's and Tax Returns.
My question would be i have more than LC salary from my W2's but i did itemize some travel expenses and moving/business related expenses and finally i paid tax on an amount lesser than my LC salary.
Is this the reason they ask for Tax Returns or they should be concerned at all.

Also LC salary is mainly W2 salary and not tax paying salary. Am i right?

I am preparing docs and would really appreciate any inputs.

What are my options.

This is a very regular RFE. Many seem to get it now a days. I wish we knew who the adjudicator was for our cases. I got a similar RFE. I think they have a standard format which they send to people at random

Dont worry, just send in the requested documents.
