485-RFE(AC21 case). Do I need to include AC21 in RFE response?

Gurus, Please suggest.

I left sponsoring employer before labor approval and working for current employer on full time(My sponsoring employer applied 140 and got approved).My sponsoring employer is very supportive and willing to help me out in any case.

Now for 485, I got RFE asking to provide "on original company letterhead, a letter from your current employer stating your date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment"(Basically my job title,duties etc remain same)

I want to continue working for current employer for another 2 years. In this case, Do I need to submit 'AC21 letter' as part of RFE response documents?
OR current employer letter is good enough?

If you do not want to work for him why do you submit the letter from him? That is adding unnecessary complications

Better to submit Employment letter from current employer. Submit sponsoring employer letter if you are going back to him once the GC is approved.
