485 RFE about w2 ..pls help

Hi all,

here are my case details :
Labor sub - 2000 JAN
140/485 ND - 2003/Aug
140 AD - 2005 Jan
485 RFE - 2005 Jan

Uscis has issued an RFE asking for all W2's from 2000. In 2003 i have'nt worked for 6 months as i dont have a project. From 2003/June till date i have all the paystubs and complete W2.My current company is a very big American Company.
What should i do in this situation....pls help.
Are there any alternatives for W2 ?

i think u would be ok.

I think you should be ok.... W2s dont reflect the fact that you were not working.
When you file for leave of absense you get an acknowledgement from the employer... get something similar from your employer...
Consult a reputed lawyer anyways, there can be other strategies too.
