Hi Guys,
Need ur help.
I received REF for the following.
1) Birth Certificate
2) TB .5 mm - or mor - need chest X-ray
3) 1998 apr to 2001 may I-94 or I-797
4) Employeer letter .
1) Can any body Affidavit of birth format which can be do by parents, if so please email me at satishkumart@yahoo.com.

2) I changed the employeer do i need to get the letter from new employeer or old employeer who filed the GC for me.

3) If anybody received same kind of query, share with me please .

You need the employment letter from your current/future employer.

For EVL,
Get the current dated letter from your current employer with same Job desc as you have in LC.
