485 receipts and SSN

I got 485 receipt notices for me and my wife.
My wife had ITIN till now. Based on 485 notice, can I apply for SSN ? or do I have to wait for EAD approval ?

No, she cannot get SSN with I485. She needs to wait for her EAD.
