I mailed packet for I-485, EAD and AP on dec10th by fedex but have not received the ND? anyone in the same boat?
I-140 EB1-OR is pending since may, donot know whats going on and how long its going to take

pl reply, anyone also in the same boat not received the receipt? The fedEx tracking says the packet recived on dec11th, but no news???
 
Mine was mailed at the first week of November, got notice at the begining of December. It looks like taking a month. be patient, give it a few more days.

I mailed through fedex my I-140/485/EAD/AP on December 3rd and VSC received it on December 4th. I haven't received receipts and also even my checks are not cashed by Vermont Center. I dont know whats happening??? Its already more than a month just for cashing the checks.

My company too mailed I-485, EAD, AP to VSC on Dec 3, and no reciept recieved yet. We should keep track of each others developments

My I-140 is also EB-1 OR filed May 29, and 485 Dec 3. Very similar to yours. Let us see how it proceeds..........

yes, we should keep posted info to each other.
gc-despo, yes our filling dates are close, my EB1-OR is may17th, lets hope this new yr brings hope to all of us, the delay is very frustrating
