485 Receipt notice and RD mismatches

My 485 receipt notice says it was received on Oct 30 2001 but my lawyer had mailed the documents on November 8th 2001. Did this happened to any one ?
My EAC# is EAC020545****
EAC number matches my ND that is, 04-December-2001

Thant being said, should I consider myself a November or October 2001 filer ?

I can only say

You are Lucky. If your receipt notice says the RD as October 30th, then you are October filer.

I haven't heard a case like this before.
