EB-3, India, PD 3/98, RD 3/00, ND 3/00, AD 12/12/01.
No RFE for me, but requested Medical for Wife.
RFE date ~ 10/14 (approx)
RFE Received Date 11/19 (According to AVM).
Never out of status (I guess), with the same company for past 4 1/2 years.
After labor, company bought over by another. Applied I-140 AND I-485 through new company. FP 3/01. Two APs, Two EADs.
