485 questions

I filed 140 in July 2002 and 485 in June 2003. 140 just got approved and 485 is still pending. The end of last year, I moved from east coast to midwest. Will the 485 be moved to Nebraska from Vermont since I am going to apply for AP and EAD and they will notice my address has been changed? Is there any way that I can keep it at Vermont?

It is not necessarily get transferred. Infact 80% cases are not transferred. I moved from VSC area to Texas. Nothing happened. I filed AR11, applied for EAD. Even called National customer center and informed. I got I-485 approval notice an Texas address it self. Stamping location they gave Houston TX.
So i do not find it as an issue.

Thanks tammy2. That's kind of comforting. My current job is temporary. I may move back to east-coast in the future. I do not want 485 follows me around.
