485 Question

HI Gurus,

I need some advice, I have filed my 485 6 months back and I am planning to get marry in India. So My Question is :

Do my wife need to be in US, for filling continuation for her GC. So If some have processed similiar kind of case.

Yes your wife should be in US!!!!.It happened to me as my son was in India & later we brought him back &.we applied I485 for my son in Jan 2002.we got his AP also.We applied in Aug 2001
