485 Question

Hi friends,

I am waiting for my I-1485 approval. When I looked at http://www.murthy.com/visadate.html, I saw EB2/India processing date is 08 JAN 03 and When I look at https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/js...viceCenter=NSC, I saw processing date as 10 Aug 2006.Which one we need to follow..?.I filed my 140 & 485 concurrently in April-2004 and 140 got approved.My PD is July-2003.

Your PD must be current in order for your 485 to be approved. PD for EB2 India now is at 08JAN2003
