I just found about this forum and I apologize if my question was asked before.
I didn't even know that the numbers in the WAC meant anything, so I think I have a lot to learn from this forum.
My 485 # is WAC03004*****, I guess that has something to do with 2003. My fingerprint date is Nov 2002. And I know the current processing date is Jan 2002. So after 1 year of stoppage, INS is finally moving again.
I have two questions:
- Can anybody make an educated guess about what is going to happen with my case, will they ask for more evidence or another round of fingerprints or will I just wait and get the GC?
- I am thinking about moving back to my country sometime towards the end of this summer. Is there any chance that I can still get the green card or there will be definately some more requests from the INS. I can probably tell my company that I am taking a leave of absence for 6 months or sonething, will that help me in any way?
