11/00 Received query from INS to prove my stay in US from 1995 to 1997
      is legal.

12/00 Send required documents

Next ? God will know how many years INS will take to process my application . Any one in the same boat ???

Attorney replied with a dumb response of "Federal Tax-id" being the same 6/00

Still waiting...

in the meanwhile filed 2nd 1-140 in Nov\'00.
