I have applied for my I485 on Jan 8, 1999 and with receipt date of Jan 15, 1999. FP was done on May 26, 1999. My I140 started on Jan\'96 and had my I140 approved in 6 months. From that point on it was basically wait for visa date to be current. It became current in Jan\'99. I called IIO end of may\'00 and was told it is with an officer and should take 30-60 days. I called vermont and they are giving me no answer and basically asking me to wait. Can someone tell me how long it takes for EB3 India. Thanks.
