485- Processing times

Hi All,

I am new to this group. My I-140 is approved and I am in preparation of preparing documents for 485. My case will be send to INS vermont. I have some questions-

1. How long it is taking for Advance Parole to get approved?

2. How long it is taking for EAD to get approved?

Million Dollar Question....

Rajesh,

That is the million dollar question since I've heard that FP notices are sent "state specific", if you look at Rupnet and even on this great board, that many people with RD later than others have already received their FP notices, some have even done them already.
I know for one that NH is one of the slowest states to send out FP notices.... Anyone with experience with FP in NH let us know, it would be great help.

To give yourself an idea, take a look at the boards and Rupnet to people in your state and see what their timings are.
