My friend's 485 has been in process since 18 months (he filed his GC from the tate of PA; RD = 01/2003). He changed his job 7 months back and has been working in Delware since then(his new job is pretty much the same as the old one). Last week he got a query from INS which asked him to provide his letter employment and 6 months of pay stubs. All his last 6 monthspaystubs show Delaware address eventhough he originally filed from Pennsylvania.
Do you guys know if this is an issue since his new address is DE and not PA since last 6 months.
