Do we have to be on payrole all the time until we get our Approval. What happens if there is a pay gap (no payrole) while 485 is processing ? and if there is an RFE asking for 6 months pay stubbs ????
Also want to know what happens if we change to many companies (ofcourse not wantedly) and work for less then the minimal salary?? and if INS issues RFE?
