My 485 was filed at NSC under EB3 in Dec 2004. My PD is Aug 1 2002. So I am affected by the PD retrogression and my 485 wont be considered until my PD becomes current. But my question is what happens when my PD does become current. NSC states that they are handling employment based 485 from Aug 31, 2002. Does that mean that as soon as my PD becomes current, my 485 will be handled? Cos i still hear ppl with PD of 2001 waiting...or is that with other centers.
