I am on the point of filing for Adjustment of Status via Employment,
with a current priority date.
I have heard that the INS medical results when submitted with the 485
application are valid
only for one year, and it is possible that INS may ask me to do the
medical again if my application
is opened after one year. SInce the medical is going to cost me around
$700.00 (family of 4)
is it prudent to send out the I-485 without the medical exam result and
wait for INS to issue an RFE?
Also Will this affect the 6 month countdown from the Notice date of the
485 if I wanted to change
employer in the future?
