We had an interview in Feb 05 , they requested additional documents ,
Almost 5 months later not a word about our case , how long do they take
to proccess the case ????

What is your category?

What questions did they ask in your interview?

What documents did they need?

Did you provide them with all documents they wanted?

Do they take interview for 485 also?

Sometimes they do call the applicant to a local USCIS office and interview them incase they have any suspicion of fraud or something.

It was an interview for 485 employment based , doctor forgot to sign my medical exam , and my wife was missing current job letter , I provided them with doc.
few day later , now it five months since I did that .

Is there a time frame were they have to either approve it or deni it ????

I dont think there is any time frame for any matter dealing with USCIS.

However, normally, they give their decision within a week or two.

The reason they called you is no big deal. They should have given their decision by now.

Did you call USCIS and find out whats happening?

My case was filed at VT then got transefred to Newark then Cherry Hill .
Lates I know is that interviewing officer is no longer with them and they have to asign new officer to my case , that;s from April .

How did you find this information? Who did you call and talk to? Do you have an attorney? What does he/she say?

I know cause I went down to Cherry Hill to find out , my attorney sucks has no clue what he's doing . I'm going again on July 6th, we'll see what they say this time. What should I say or do ????????

In my honest opinion, you should NOT go again personally to USCIS which ever office it may be unless they ask you to come.

Even though you have gone once, if I were you, I would not go again.

Get things done through Senator. Trust me, if you talk to the right person the right way, they will get it done.
