485 - Principal and Dependent Applicants

Hi all,

Good Afternoon.

Any knowledgeable thoughts on this question is highly appreciated.

If the Principal GC Applicant\'s case).

2). Whether DEPENDENT\'s GC will be approved Separately?

3). Can we(attorney) get the DEPENDENT GC application to be APPROVED in this situation?

4). What the Pricipal GC Applicant has to do for above to come true(something like... NO GC stamping in passport to be done for Principal Applicant once his/her GC is approved, UNTIL Dependent\'s GC is approved... some body told some thing like this)?

5). Please tell us the Pro\'s and Con\'s of this situation.

Will you stop asking the same question over and over again and under different pseudo id\'s. There were 3 gentlemen (srini123, ranjan and ...) who wrote back to ur earlier query and in great detail (Haven\'t seen anyone reply back so patiently with all details). You will be helping a lot of people yourself and a lot of people who visit this site.
