If you had to use a subsstituted labor and got approval please do let me know . Iam a bit nervous as its been 3 years since my I485 has been filed and 1 year since they recieved my RFE and after recent inquiry the officer said to my attorney that they are waiting to get a copy of the Labor cert before approval .
