485 Pending (RD 12/02) and Passport Expired

Hello:

My 485 RD is 12/02. At the time of applying I enclosed copy of the paspport which got expired in 2003. I got an extended one later. But the BCIS still have the old copy.

Is this generate a RFE? Please share your thoughts.

I am also in same boat i apssport expires on SEP 4 2004 , if they have little common sense then they should not send RFE for passport expire. There is no one is there without renewing their passport. If they common sense they can search our EAD renewal documents .

Let see they prove as they have brain or not !!!!!
