485 Pending, Now Married to a US Citizen, Interfile?

pending I-485RD May05 , 2 approved I-140's Eb3(2005), EB2(2006) [Interfiled old 485 for the EB2]

1 Service Call (2006): Background Check (Instructions: Call in 6 months)
2 Service Call (Last month), Case pending review by an officer (Instructions: call in 90 days if no response)

Invoked AC21 Last Month.

Question:
I just got married to US Citizen, if she files an I-130 for me, Can I interfile my pending 485 for faster processing? Or Is this process completely different????
