485 Pending, I 140 Approved Do i need to apply for EAD Renewal

HI,

My I 485 is pending with texas service centre, My I140 was approved in March 2005.
My EAD (Employment Authorization document) is about to expire in September 2005. Since I 140 has already been approved. Employer got approval to employee me in the company, do i still need to get my EAD renewed or not.

Your feed back really appreciated.
 
If you do not have an H-1B that you are also maintaining then you must have an EAD to work. You can not continue working if it has expired. Apply for renewal as soon as possible in this case.
If they do not approve you right away you can NOT get an interim EAD until 90 days has passed.
