485 Pending...Do I need a student visa to go to College?

Hi folks, I need your help. I am waiting for my 485 for almost 3+ years and traveled outside once using the AP. Now do I need a student visa in order to go to collage and continue my work at the same time? Please help

No, you don't

You don't need an F1 visa if you're going to college part time.

If you want to abandon your H1b status and convert to a full time student only then you need an F1.

Your pending I-485 is enough to go to collage. You can work and go to collage at the same time.

Even if you want to get F1 You may not get it beacuse you have shown immigrant intent.
