My 485 is pending approaval. My PD is Aug 2001. I am applying for my wife's EAD and 485 this week (as the PD became current on June 1).
Me and my wife are planning to go to india in July. My questions are
1. What happens when we both are in India and both our 485s are approved?
2. What happens when I am here in US and my wife is in India and mine or both our 485 gets approved?
I am on H1B and my wife on H4 and both our visas are valid for one more year. If me or my wife or both are in India and when our greencard gets approved, can we use the H1B (and H4) that are on our passports to enter US again?
