I'm regular visitor of this site but never posted anything so far, Reason i get all the info without posting. Here is my situation.
My detail for 485
RD: Feb 15, 2002
ND: Feb 27, 2002
I have EAD, AP and finger printing was also done in Mid of Nov 2002 (late but at least it was done).
Problem:
This was filled in CSC center and i used to work in LA. I gave my friend residence address on my all application. I got my EAD, AP etc on that address <<no problem>>.
But Now, i have moved from there to Bay area. I don't get any other letters (like bill etc) on my friends residence. Only INS has that address. Now, should i change my address from LA to here in Bay area ?? or Keep it there itself ?? when i ask my attorney, her secretery keeps saying u don't change because your labour was done from LA. I have no clue what's going so thought of seeking help here.
Also, in my opinion, changing the address might delay the process too.
IS THERE ANY COMPLICATION AT A LATER STAGE DUE TO THIS ADDRESS ??
WILL THEY ASK SOME PROF??
CAN'T I SAY THAT COMPANY IS IN LA BUT I MOVED FOR ANOTHER PROJECT IN BAY AREA ??
Last, Should i change the address ??
