Dear friends,
I am having a hard time deciding if i should transfer my application to consulate processing (in Guangzhou/China consulate), or could/should stick to 485 proceedign.
Here is facts: 140approved + H1b active (with same employer) + 485 (planning to submit soon) + need to leave US (soon after submiting 485)
Question: i've studied this forum a lot and understand in such senario technically i could still submit my 485 appliaction and come back for finger printing later (entry under h1-b). However, some people also suggest i might consider simply transfering my applicatino to Guangzhou/China consulate. .
The problem/question is - btw these two alternatives, which one is more advisable? I have heard people suggesting that interview and material requirements at consulate likely tougher and take long time (esp. Guangzhou/China consulate), but on the other hand i have also heard that this approach offers a 'simpler' then the other. So I am pulling my hairs out to decide which approach should i take......
Your thoughts and/or story is very much appreciated!!
