Filed Labor and I-140 and got approved from first comapny A. Left A
and joined company B. Company B laid me off. Filed 485 from company
A (first) 182 days back on future employment basis.

Have following doubts:

1. If I don't get project till my approval then will it effect my GC.
2. Company A is not taking me on payroll until I get project.
3. I am on bench for the last 2.5 months
4. Can I join new company C on permanant basis.
5. If I get this job outside the state then should I join it.
6. I will not move my family. Only myself will move
7. If I can't join company A (first) then can company A create any
problem anytime (present or future).

I would appreciate if anybody could guide me on the above.

Thanks

1. It will affect if you get an RFE and they ask for recent paystubs. Since you're not on their payroll you might have some difficulty providing evidence.
4. Yes, since it's past 180 days since you filed your 485, you can join Company C on permanent basis. AC-21 will cover you.
5. Yes, even if this job is outside your state you should probably take it up. Better to have a paying job than nothing. But consult your lawyer about it.
7. You're covered by AC-21 so Company A (theoretically) cannot cancel your 140. But AC-21 is kinda vague on that, but it appears that you'll be covered and can be considered safe.
