I see a lot of approvals from Jan, Feb and March 2000 in the immitracker.com. Where as the processing date is back to Aug 1999. What is happening for the applicats with RD/ND of late 1999? Will they have to wait for 3 or 4 more months to see their approvals? Is approval is based on by State by any chance?
