485 Not yet approved for my Spouse

My I 485 got approved on Aug 20. But my spouse did't get . Is this common. Any one with similar situation

when did your 485 got approved? what is you RD? did your spouse receive a transfer notification that it has been transferred to local INS?

did you apply for your 485 within 6 months of marriage? I did.

I think it'd be because of that.
