Case:
I-485's for Primary+dependent kids under 14 years old were approved.
I-485's for Spouse + kid over 14 (dependent) are outside on Expired Advanced Parole - Could not come back on time.
All kids are in Spouse passport.
- Is there an expiration time frame for the kids approved cases.
- Can they enter US using the approval notice ONCE spouse got some -reEntry permit-
- How to Join the family in US. What forms to fill.
