485 (ND>10/99) hold removed ?

Looks like VSC only removed the hold for 485 with ND 8/99, 9/99, 10/99 maybe 11/99 ?
Any comments ?
is anyone with 485 ND > 11/99 whose case is on hold because of company
name change, been told that the hold has been removed ?
Please post details, as to the reason of the hold (140 and 485 have same/different name? ).
