485 name check

Dear all,

I went to Newark,NJ for Info pass of my name check status; however the immigration officer said they only take care of family based 485.She refused to tell me if my name check is clear or not.I am wondering if it is ture ?

I just did my 2nd FP (code 1) two weeks ago.Does it suggest that my name check is cleared?
