I had requested a Motion to Reopen my denied I-485 case. I-485 denial was due to USCIS error.
Now I receive a letter from USCIS stating that "the request to reopen the previous decision will be and is hereby granted"
But the online I-485 status still shows as Denied. When will it change to pending? Do I have to wait till the status changes to Pending and then apply for EAD renewal? My EAD card is expiring on September 27th. I have only appox one and half months remaining on my current EAD card. I am worried if I can get my EAD renewed on time.
Please suggest.
