485 Medicals not included w/ application

My lawyer for some reason advised me to file my 485 without the medicals. She said, when ur case is ready, they'd send an RFE, you can then do the medicals, and get approval right after. I'm guessing this may delay my case because the application is incomplete. Has anyone ever been in this situation? I'm also considering doing it right away, and sending it to the CSC along with a 485 receipt. Would that work? Thanks in advance

we had done our fp and waiting for medical.
we didnot sent medical with application.

talked to my lawyer, and was told to start doing the Meds. and send them in with a copy of the 485 receipt. I'll send it in by Friday. May save some time since I won't need to wait for an RFE.. Also, JIT is approaching my 140 time, and hopefully they can get processed together.
